Pain Relief For Hemroids

Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

If you are reading this you are probably one of the 40% of adults who do not know what to do for hemroids. In this article I will explain the treatments for hemroids or piles, how they treat the hemroids, the truth about why you still suffer from piles/hemroids.

Popular treatments for hemroids and piles are creams and ointments. The blood vessels are soothed when the creams are rubbed into the rectal area. Relaxing the tissues so they do not bulge as much. When the hemroid stops bulging the pain goes away. Although this method can be effective it is usually temporary as the hemroids will usually flare up again.

Suppositories, what to do for hemroids with suppositories is insert in the anal canal. This will deliver moisture inside to the hemroid, the purpose being to heal the hemroid before it ruptures, when pressure is place on the veins. There are good and bad reports for this method to treat hemroids as it works for some but not for others.

Pills, are often used to regulate the blood pressure. Although sometime this can have side effects, the pills are used to tighten the tissue of the veins so it is less susceptible to problems. Be aware this method can cause side effects but big pharmacies do like to push this method.

Two other options for the treatment of hemroids are surgery and cryotherapy. These methods depends on individual cases and only attempted if all other options have been exhausted.

Depending on each individual person and what you can tolerate. My experience has proven it is better to try all the safer options first before attempting extreme measures. Painful hemroids/piles even if they are unbearable these methods can still give relief.

“What to do for hemroids” is a question asked by 40% of the adult population, perhaps more. For many they have only found temporary solutions and the hemroids reappear.

Inflamed tissue around the rectal area is basically what hemroids are. Internal hemroids can be painless, no symptoms unless you see blood on the toilet paper. Other hemroids can be very painful, and do effect our lives. Uncomfortable to sit, stand, walk and go to the toilet as the pressure will cause pain and scratch the hemroids.

Using Herbal Hemorrhoids Medication

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

Choosing the best herbal medication for hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids or piles come in two very distinct forms; internal and external. Most people who suffer from hemorrhoids will experience a combination of both forms. In both cases it is easiest to think of a hemorrhoid as a varicose vein of the anal region. Internal hemorrhoids lie inside the anus, whilst external have tend to protrude outside of the anus. When considering an herbal hemorrhoids medication plan, it is important to note that you cannot treat the hemorrhoids whilst they are bleeding, you need to treat the bleeding first. It is obvious to tell when your external hemorrhoids are bleeding and if there is bright red blood covering your stool, your internal hemorrhoids will be bleeding.

The best herbal hemorrhoids medication that you can use to stop the bleeding is a combination of one teaspoon of cayenne and two teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. When this herbal tonic is taken with every meal, bleeding of your hemorrhoids will quickly subside and you can begin treating the cause of your hemorrhoids. Before treating the cause, it is helpful to understand what caused the hemorrhoids in the first instance. The precise reason that hemorrhoids for is still unknown to this day, although researchers have identified some key factors that increase your risk of developing hemorrhoids and tend to make you hemorrhoids worse. These factors include (but are bot limited to):

Options on Hemorrhoids Surgery

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

Knowing more about the causes and treatments for hemorroids including surgery options can give you peace of mind and comfort.

A huge section of the population suffers from hemorrhoids and the condition can be anything from mild to severe. Since the disease comes with a bitter pain, when the condition is serious, it can become more than a bit desperate. Though there are many medications available to cure the symptoms, but it can take a long time to give relief and sometimes at the end there may be no cure at all. In such conditions when the pain becomes too much to tolerate, many prefer Hemorrhoids surgery. But Hemorrhoids surgery should always be the last resort because it comes with many complications. Hemorrhoids surgery should be opted for only when all medicines and even home remedies have failed.

At one time however surgery was the only option available because other medical treatments were not there. But those days are now a thing of the past with effective medicines available these days. However if they do not seem to work or the Hemorrhoids tend to come back, there is no other option really but to opt for surgery. But it should be the last resort.

So if surgery is what is needed, here are the various options…

Rubber Band Ligation: Simple and uncomplicated, this is therapy is meant for those who have in internal hemorrhoids. Using a small rubber band, blood flow to the hemorrhoid is severed causing the hemorrhoid to become dry. If the patient has more than one hemorrhoid, each one is taken up one after the other. Sometimes the surgeon also uses a medicine to reduce the size of the hemorrhoids.

Infrared Coagulations: Applied both for internal and external hemorrhoids, but only when the hemorrhoids are small. Painful but effective, laser is used to target the base of the hemorrhoids and burn it, and when it has been burned the blood flow naturally stops.

Removing The Clot: Another small surgery that is applied for those having external hemorrhoids. After numbing with an anesthetic, the blood clot in the affected area is just cut off. However the patient needs to be extra careful because since the clot is gone, the area will be sensitive.

Cryotherapy: This surgery involves freezing the hemorrhoid by removing the tissues. Liquid nitrogen is used to attain the desired results. Liquid nitrogen first burns the tissues and when they start to heal, the surface cells are removed. Cryosurgery is also much similar to Cryotherapy, but this is applied when the situation is graver and needs a deeper freezing.CLICK HERE for Hemroid Relief

Hemorrhoidectomy: Another hemorrhoids surgery option that uses laser technology. But doctors usually recommend this when the internal and external hemorrhoid is relatively bigger in size and the condition is serious. Hospitalization is necessary and the recovery time is also more. The patient also needs home rest after the hemorrhoid has been surgically removed using laser. It is advisable to avoid this as Hemorrhoidectomy can lead to complications.

Though there are many surgery options for hemorrhoids, once again, treatment using a medicine that uses natural products is always better. Seeking hemorrhoids surgery options should only be the last resort when everything has failed.

Cure For Hemroids

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

Did you know there is a cure for hemroids?  Most people don’t know this.  Most people think that you have to tolerate them, and adjust your life to accommodate those itchy, irritating, little creatures.  Not so.

So if you would like to get rid of hemorrhoids, I don’t blame you, they are the most painful, annoying, inconvenient little things ever. For anyone who has ever suffered from the pain and inconvenience of them, I understand your desire to get rid of hemorrhoids. Those blessed with never having suffered from hemorrhoids simply cannot understand.

There are several options available for hemorrhoid treatment; actually three alternatives. I have tried two of them and seen the damage done by the third.

The first choice is the stuff you already know about, ointments and suppositories like preparation H.
Although they don’t actually get rid of hemorrhoids they do have some advantages. (From my own experience the suppository has always worked a lot better than the ointment, even for external hemorrhoids. This is because there are probably internal hemorrhoids as well, and you need to treat them as well to have relief.) The biggest advantage of using these methods is the ease of it, a bit unpleasant but no thinking required, just pop off to the drug stores and you are set.

Unfortunately, I experienced some side effects from the product, including high blood pressure, that forced me to search for alternative therapies. Generally, using a chemical treatment for illnesses or diseases can have repercussions. Furthermore, the product didn’t cure my hemorrhoids, it just alleviated them for a time. Finally, you cannot use the product if your hemorrhoids are currently bleeding.

The other option is undergo surgery to remove your hemorrhoids.  This was my physician’s recommendation, though I elected not to do it. After having the surgery, my father experienced excruciating pain for several days. This is how he described the pain he felt: “Like hooks tearing into my butt”. Knowing what happened to him, I did everything I could to avoid having surgery, and you should too. It is not the only option.

Last is a hemorrhoid treatment that is natural. Its using what nature has provided as a cure, something i previously may have raised an eyebrow to, but i now know better. Here are a couple of the advantages: They are potent, i was seriously surprised. They work fast and they actually get rid of hemroids….and they cost a lot less than any medication.

On the disadvantages its quite a bit of work researching which of the natural hemroid treatments work and which ones don’t. My advice is don’t believe everything you read, stick to good sources of information and double check everything.

The Bleeding Hemorrhoid

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemorrhoids Info

If you have an internal bleeding hemroid you can easily heal it by using natural remedies if they are treated early. Taking care of it early on can prevent it from becoming more severe.

If you are experiencing bleeding from the rectum you also want to ensure it is actually a bleeding hemroid and not a more serious condition, so it is recommended to visit your doctor right away and be diagnosed correctly.

It is more common with internal hemroids than external. When a bleeding hemroid occurs you will see blood at the time of having a bowel movement. Blood can be seen on the toilet paper after wiping, in the toilet or in your stool. The blood is usually a bright red color.

What causes a bleeding hemroid?

#1 Severe constipation.

#2 Obesity.

#3 Lifting heavy items or heavy weights.

#4 Extreme straining of the bowel when trying to use the bathroom.

#5 Sitting or standing for an extended period of time.

#6 Severe diarrhea.

#7 Weak veins in the rectal area.

#8 Pregnancy and childbirth.

When the veins in the walls of your rectum swell it causes more blood to flow. When you pass stool it can lacerate the hemroid and cause the bleeding to start.

If you let do not seek treatment in its early stages surgery may be necessary to remove them. Some forms of surgery available include cauterisation, laser coagulation, sclerotherapy, ligation surgery and stapling.

The best way to prevent hemroid surgery is by taking in a lot of water, eating a good diet and home treatments and natural remedies.

Hemorrhoids Relief

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

Hemorrhoids relief is no longer a dream, but a reality.  Surgery is not the only option, but many home remedies are available today.

Hemorrhoids remedies are searched for by many people worldwide as this is a very common condition suffered by between 10 and 20% of the adult population. Despite being excruciatingly painful, many people do not visit their doctors for a remedy, but rather seek information from the Internet or visit a pharmacy for medication. Fortunately, this is a condition which can be self-cured very successfully.

What are hemorrhoids and why do we need hemorrhoids remedies?

Hemorrhoids are swollen veins around the rectal area. In some ways they are very similar to the varicose veins found in the legs. In a hemorrhoid sufferer, the vein becomes inflamed, causing the surrounding tissue to enlarge and swell, becoming painful. The hemorrhoid may burn and itch and sometimes bleed a little. In some cases, the vein may rupture altogether.

If we do not treat hemorrhoids, they will sometimes heal by themselves. More often than not though, they will become much worse over time and be a constant source of pain and discomfort, blighting the sufferer’s life. It is therefore wise to use hemorrhoids remedies to cure the problem.

What are the causes of hemorrhoids?

  • Diarrhea
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Constipation which causes straining
  • Diarrhea
  • Remaining on the toilet for long periods of time
  • Severe coughing
  • Childbirth
  • Lifting heavy objects

Preventative Measures

People who have had hemorrhoids are likely to suffer further attacks due to the fact that the veins are weakened.

The steps below may help prevent hemorrhoids or should certainly reduce the numbers of attacks:

  • If you are seated for much of the day, walk round or at least stand up for 5 minutes per hour and shift around in you seat
  • Treat coughs, constipation and diarrhea promptly
  • Breathe out when lifting heavy objects
  • Maintain good bowel habits-treat constipation and avoid spending longer than 5 minutes on the toilet

If despite these measures, you still suffer from hemorrhoids, you should look at different hemorrhoids remedies and decide which is right for you. Do not delay in treating the hemorrhoids as they can quickly escalate from mild to severe!

There are various hemorrhoids remedies available. Some come in the forms of creams or lotions which are applied directly to the hemorrhoid. You can buy these from a pharmacy. Although there is very little evidence that these will actually cure the condition, they may give some local relief. You could also consider an oral painkiller if the hemorrhoids are particularly painful. Laxatives can be useful if constipation is a problem as this can aggravate existing hemorrhoids or cause new ones to form. Also, ensure that the area is kept scrupulously clean.

There are also self-help remedies available and one stands high above the competition, coming with a 100% guarantee.

Which are the best hemorrhoids remedies?

Whilst researching and writing about various natural remedies, I discovered many hemorrhoids remedies and one really stands out.

The writer of the remedy, Holly Hayden, is a former sufferer herself and this comes through in her writing. You can feel the empathy and understanding-she even offers email help and one-to-one support. The customer testimonials from delighted ex-sufferers really speak for themselves and the information she supplies is of extremely high quality. In addition, this remedy comes with the endorsement of various health professionals and professional bodies.

She also offers a free mini-course which she recommends you get before doing anything else.

Women suffer fro hemorrhoids at different stages of pregnancy. Female hemroids may be of different nature and the causes may also be different depending o the cause. Women gain extra weight while pregnant and this is an important reason for the development of hemroids. The disease is closely connected with obesity and heavy weights because in all the cases, it increases pressure on the body.

The baby in the womb of the woman gives strain on the rectum and causes the woman to develop the problem. During pregnancy the uterus is also in pressure most of the time and this puts strain on the rectal veins. Constipation is a common problem from which a pregnant lady suffers from. The strain while at the bowel forces the veins to swell and thus gives rise to the other symptoms.

Hemroids – Self-Care or Surgery?

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

Hemroids are estimated to affect up to one-third of all Americans. Likelihood of developing the condition seems to increase with age, and males are more liable to suffer from Hemroids than females. Hemroids are most obvious when the patient strains while sitting on the toilet. This will cause large internal Hemroids to protrude from the anus making the diagnosis obvious. Hemroids are present in utero and persist through normal adult life.

Hemroids are more common than you think, afflicting both men and women, the young and the old. This painful condition is so painful that almost half the population have Hemroids by age 50. Hemroids are a very common condition and most people who suffer from them never need to do anything beyond home treatments or over the counter medications. If left untreated however, Hemroids may sometimes develop into a serious and dangerous condition that requires seeing a doctor and may need surgery for treatment.

Hemroids treatment options vary. The simplest method is medicated pads that can be purchased at your local store. These pads usually contain witch hazel and relieve the inflammation. Another effective treatment is Venapro which is a natural treatment that has shown to have positive results in many patients.

Herbs can be used to shrink and strengthen the blood vessels around the anus, providing relief from the pain and bleeding of hemroids. Witch hazel, as mentioned, a native American plant, acts as an astringent when applied to the hemroids. Herbs such as Aloe ferox act as a natural stool softener and are a gentle remedy for constipation, which is what causes hemroids quite often. Aloe is also widely recommended for inflammatory digestive disorders.

Internal and/or external hemroids may be treated surgically, usually on an outpatient basis. A hemorrhoidectomy is the surgical removal of swollen veins. Internal hemroids are the same thing, just inside of the rectum. Internal hemroids are seldom painful and may be present without you even knowing it, although bleeding during movement is not unusual. External hemroids form when blood pools beneath the skin and result in a hard lump that protrudes from the anus.

Internal hemroids are pretty harmless. However since their bleeding could mask blood from a hazardous source like colorectal cancer, they should be treated. Internal hemroids can sometimes prolapse during a bowel movement and then go back again.

Chronically painful or bleeding hemroids may need treatments with banding or surgery. Consult your physician with questions or problems. Fortunately, though, self-care measures such as Venapro and other lifestyle and diet changes often effectively treat or prevent this problem.

Hemroids Cure?

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroid Causes

Is there a hemroids cure?  Is there a natural way to get rid of itchy hemroids forever without spending an arm and a leg?

While not a delightful subject for conversation around the dinner table, hemroids are an uncomfortable, itchy and painful affliction for millions of people around the world. There are a few simple steps that can be done at home to help correct this condition.

Diet

Hemorrhoids can be caused by hard stools that are forced out of the body by straining. Adding fiber to the diet in the form of fruits and vegetables keeps the stool soft and prevents straining. Drink plenty of water as this helps keep stools soft. In addition a natural stool softening works well too.

The Toilet

Most of us sit on the toilet with feet flat on the floor. This can cause a kink or bend in our colon leading to straining. Try placing your feet on a step stool about six inches high. This will straighten out the colon and help prevent hemorrhoids. In addition use soft wipes such as witch hazel wipes instead of harsh toilet tissue.

Hemorrhoids Treatment

There are other home remedies that can be used as hemorrhoids treatment. Both aloe vera and cider vinegar are said to provide hemroids relief. Apply aloe vera over the hemorrhoid a few times a day. This will give relief and decrease the swelling. Natural apple cider vinegar is also said to be an excellent hemroids cure. Soak a cotton ball in the apple cider vinegar and apply directly to the hemorrhoids a few times a day saturating the area. The apple cider vinegar many cause a rash so apply aloe vera over and around the affected area after treating with the vinegar.

OTC Options

There are also many preparations that can be purchased at the local drugstore. Many promise relief from itching and swelling and come in either suppositories or creams that can be used at home to cure hemorrhoids.

Kids Are Not Immune to Hemorrhoids

Posted By admin
Categoirzed Under: Hemroids in Children

Hemorrhoids leave no prisoners; it can develop in men and women of all ages. Unfortunately, when children develop hemorrhoids, it can be a very painful ordeal since we all know how kids love to jump around, run, sit and move continuously. Hemorrhoids can disrupt the normal tasks your child performs, so make sure not to dismiss complaints of pain or itchiness in the anus because it may likely be hemorrhoids. The good thing about this is most cases of hemorrhoids in kids resolve on their own.

When kids have a hemorrhoid, the symptoms associated with it are just like the hemorrhoids in adults. However, male children are more prone to develop hemorrhoids than female kids and as soon as a little boy develops them, it could reoccur anytime until he becomes an adult.

Children with hemorrhoids could suffer from bleeding during and after bowel movements as well as severe pain and itching in the anal region. When external hemorrhoids are present, parents can easily check if their kids are suffering from hemorrhoids. However, if no hemorrhoids are visible, it may be an internal type.

You can treat a child’s hemorrhoids by following simple steps. First, you should give your child several warm baths a day. Don’t use scented and colored soap on the anal region, use warm water instead. Aside from cleaning the affected area to prevent infections, taking warm baths also relieve your child from pain and inflammation.

If the hemorrhoids are external, you can use apple cider vinegar and apply it to the area two to three times a day. This is an effective way of relieving inflammation. However, if your child is suffering from internal hemorrhoids, you can still let him drink a teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar several times a day. You can see the results in a few days. However, if your child continues to complain about the pain and discomfort his or her hemorrhoids are causing even after 10 days of homecare options, visit your doctor to determine the appropriate treatments suitable for your child’s condition.
