Bleeding Internal Hemroids
There are basically two types of hemorrhoids, the internal and external hemorrhoids. In the case of internal hemorrhoids, they are also called as bleeding internal hemorrhoids as if there is any bleeding from the anus; it is usually due because of a person suffering from internal hemorrhoids.
Bleeding internal hemorrhoids occurs when hard stools tend to scrape against inflamed or swollen veins of the anus. It can also be due to the pressure that is given to the rectum while defecating or with prolonged standing and sitting. 
Possible causes of bleeding internal hemroids
Constipation or hard stools usually occurs because of insufficient fibre and water in the diet. It is this constipation that instigates a hemorrhoid attack. Besides constipation, pregnancy and delivery, stress and insufficient exercise can also trigger hemorrhoids attacks and thus bleeding internal hemorrhoids.
Being obese or rapid gain in weight, pregnancy and straining to lift heavy objects can all aggravate existing hemorrhoids and sometimes cause hemorrhoids. So it is better to avoid these triggers for hemorrhoids than to cure it by controlling and treating bleeding internal hemroids. 
Some remedial options
The first step to take is to make it a point to add more fibre and water to your diet. This helps prevent constipation which in turn helps in helping in healing bleeding internal hemroids faster.
In addition to this, use medicated ointments or wipes and over the counter medication to stop other symptoms like itching, burning or pain to treat bleeding internal hemorrhoids. If all this does not work, then you have to see the doctor for some relief.
The faster you consult the doctor, the faster you get relief from the bleeding and pain. It is quite normal to get panicky on looking at the blood associated with bleeding internal hemroids symptoms.
Surgical options will be used if everything else fails
Most of the time this blood from the anus is due to bleeding internal hemorrhoids and only in rare cases is this bleeding related to something else like cancer or tumor. There I no need of panicking as on visiting the doctor, and with timely treatment, the doctor will be able to conduct tests to find out the cause of the bleeding and provide its best treatment options.
If other natural and over the counter treatments don’t cure bleeding internal hemorrhoids, then the doctor may suggest litigation where tiny rubber bands are tied on a protruding hemorrhoid to cut its blood circulation. This in turn leads to the falling off of the hemorrhoid. 
Hemorroididectomy is the last resort
Otherwise the doctor may suggest injection of a chemical into the swollen blood vessel to make the hemorrhoid shrink. Even laser surgery is used for healing bleeding internal hemorrhoids. In extreme cases, the surgical procedure hemorrhoididectomy is attempted to effectively remove hemorrhoids.
This is however suggested only in extreme cases of bleeding internal hemroids. It is the doctor who is the best judge in choosing the best treatment option for curing and treating your hemorrhoid problem.
